I was in this store yesterday, bought 2 pairs of jeans and tshirt. When I was trying jeans, I notices something poked and scratched my lag. It looks like safety tag was half way off and something like a needle was from the inner side of the jeans. While I was trying it, I felt sharp pain. Now I have big scratch on my leg, and I'm worried that it might get infected since I don't know how clean that thing is. Something like this is unacceptable!

I’ve been to this store twice and had a horrible experience both times. The employees make weird faces at you and act as if you don’t belong there. And when I went to go return a dress, this short indian girl and an Asian girl tried making sure I wasn’t able to return it. Even though it had tags and all. They asked so many questions and tried finding a way to blame me for wearing it. Would never shop there again.

Jole Lim is a great manager at GUESS, an excellent team player and very professional with clients. I was impressed with the exceptional service. Being extremely patient and handled the situation very quickly during the in-store exchange. I will add that I have never seen such fantastic customer service throughout the process as this manager kindly did. I was very pleased with the result and will continue to shop at the same store.

Told me they had new sunglasses in the back, went to look at some other items. When checking out, I doubled checked the sunglasses to find they were the same dirty pair from the display. I asked and she laughed saying yes. Apparently those were the last pair but they didn't mention of that to me. All the staff working today August 14th, 2022 were poorly trained and spent the time I was their giggling with each other. Better service and I definitely would have bought a different pair!

The store was dead when I went in (me + 1-2 other people in total), but I still got no help. Nobody greeted me when I came in, although the employees were standing right by the door and continued to have a conversation for a while.When I finally got their help, they were being quite snobby for some reason. I believe one of them subtly followed me around as if I were going to steal something (in 3 separate sections of the store). After I bought something, they were more friendly towards me...

They have Return/exchange policy but do not return the stuff. Staff is so rude. I do not recommend at all. Instead go to some other store in metrotown they treat you better and give the best customer service

Melissa helped us exchange a bag my fiance recieved for Christmas for one with a better surface finish. She even honored how the discount had improved since the bag was purchased, and credited us back the difference. Pleasant over the phone, and capable to a fault in person. 10/10. Great job!

the guy with the cool haircut was cool and ready to help me with what I need and very informative.the cashier wasn't very friendly, was eager to send me off without asking if I need anything else and turned her back on me before I can give her my last regards.

Horrible customer service from a blonde white fat tall lady and some Indian short woman. They kept denying me and giving me attitude for trying to return a perfectly brand new jacket with the tags on it and I brought my receipt as well. That exact jacket was for sale in their very own same store. The receipt was past the 30 days but all I wanted was in store credit as nothing in the store fit me and was too small for my tall broad shouldered body. Not to mention, the selection they had was the worst. I could find what I wanted online but they kept denying me with attitude. I was told I can only exchange even though they told me I could get in store credit over the phone. I had to then take back my jacket and go back home all the way to surrey empty handed. They should be fired. This is no way to treat a customer. This is the last time I will ever buy from Guess.
