The service is amazing here. Not only did Lynda respond to my email quickly, her daughter Morgan went and tried on the t-shirts in question and then emailed me pictures so that I could see the fit. They then delivered to my home (within the hour) that I made the purchase! Grey Rock not only sells ethically made clothing, it is such a lovely place to visit as Lynda and Morgan are so genuine, warm and positive. I hope that people think twice about where they shop when businesses reopen so that we can still have the beautiful shops on Quebec Street.

Pant perfection! I went into Grey Rock looking for pants to go back to the office. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed going in after two years in tights, but Lynda took the stress away instantly. If you want to shop where you will be attentively cared for from the moment you walk in the door this is the place. Lynda helped me pick out some options to try then suggested something way out of the box that was PERFECT. Cannot say enough about her eye for style and ability to read your cues.

I can't say enough good things about Grey Rock. They work really hard to only source eco-friendly and ethically manufactured products, the quality is great and the customer service is top notch. I ordered some items online this morning and not only did they hand-deliver them FREE of charge on the same day (who does that!?) ... the items were packaged in a lovely bag with a ribbon and a hand written card. This is a company that cares and I'm happy to support them. Looking forward to my next purchase!

This cozy, rustic, tucked away shop is so beautiful and carries such beautiful items to add to your wardrobe. The items are versatile, high quality and very unique but still hitting the mark for today's trends and styles.I love my new items I purchased today!The woman working was extremely kind and friendly!!!!

Grey Rock is my all-time favourite clothing store. I don't know what I like better - the clothes, that are all exactly my style, or the lovely owner and her daughter who works there too. They are so helpful and truly kind people. I've bought several items from this store and I love every piece. The owner and her daughter take the time to help me pick out the right pieces and sizes for my wardrobe. I so prefer to buy clothes at Grey Rock, where I always end up loving my purchases and having an enjoyable shopping experience, as opposed to online or box store shopping where I often feel disappointed.

I love this store and the products they carry. My Duer pants are so insanely comfortable and I just got some Organic Basics underwear that are ridiculously soft and comfortable. Wonderful service as well.

I had the best shopping experience of my life at Grey Rock the other day. It was a little intense for me at first to have someone I don't know so involved in my shopping process but the women running the shop were great. I adjusted and ultimately enjoyed the experience. They asked good questions, listened, gave good advice and then ran all over the little shop finding things that fit my needs and then running back for different sizes when needed.Came away with some stylish, comfortable, ethically made, quality clothes for spring/summer. What more can a person ask for?! As long as I live in Guelph I'm only shopping at Grey Rock. I feel no need to go anywhere else, especially since as far as I know they are they only shop of it's kind - in values and service.

Staff are super helpful and the products are top notch!Bought some shorts that I absolutely love. Comfortable, light weight, stretchy, stain resistant (discovered after spilling mayo on them the first time wearing them), and fast drying.
